MISSING GOVT FILES & AT TIMES ITS IMP PAGES IS A COMMON MODUS OPERANDI TO SHIELD CULPRITS IN INDIA.

The common incidents of fire gutting important files in govt depts are suspected to be the handiworks of the high profile culprits to get away from the clutches of law. If you remember the important coal files had also gone missing when CBI was probing the scam.

Though it has been discussed, debated and demanded over and over by honest people of India, our country would never have digital records of its govt. documents and records because that would enable the investigators nail the culprits easily and expose the nexus of corrupt bureaucrats and politicians that has been selling India since 1947 and eating at National Exchequer.

An RTI filed by honest IAS officer, Ashok Khemka has exposed that two important pages of a file related to the controversial DLF & Robert Vadra deal are missing from govt. records

In response to this new development, Chief Secretary Mr. P K Gupta has told that an inquiry has been instituted in the matter and soon those two pages would be reconstructed.

It may be recalled that Mr. Khemka had cancelled the land deal between Robert vadra's company, SKYLIGHT HOSPITALITY and DLF when he found discrepancies in it. Soon, the matter had created national storm since high profile people were involved in the deal. But previous Hooda's govt's three member committee had given clean chit to Robert Vadra and punished Mr. Khemka. In the light of missing documents, Ashok Khemka has demanded that a case be registered since it is a serious matter and needs to be probed to find out the responsible officers behind these missing records.

IS UBER TO BE BLAMED FOR DELHI RAPE OR OUR ROTTEN SYSTEM & INEFFICIENCY?

Have we really opened our eyes or taken lesson from 16th December 2012’s Nirbhaya’s brutal, cold-blooded rape and killing that had shocked and brought the entire nation to shame two years back? Subsequently, All over India, Lacs of people had taken to streets with candles & torches voicing concerns for the safety of women that is the responsibility of every government. The cases of rapes are heard and read every day in the news papers. The statistics are alarming. In 2011-12, there were over 700 odd rape cases and one year later it is risen almost double of it.
THE RAPE CASES HAVE DOUBLED UP SINCE NIRBHAYA'S 2012 RAPE, THE MATTER OF NATIONAL SHAME
We have plenty of leaders like Mulayam Yadav whose offensive statement on rape issue had shocked the female fraternity that boys must be pardoned for their mistakes.

On one side, our PM Narendra Modi has been heard addressing foreign business communities a number of times to get them new favorable opportunities for business in India and on other side BJP lets the ban take place on American Uber cab service provider in Delhi. It must not be overlooked that foreign companies offer job opportunities to scores of Indians when they do business here. This ban would not only would create inconvenience to Delhi commuters but also snatch away the constitutional rights of honest workers to earn rightfully in the same company creating unhealthy business atmosphere for other foreign companies that are probably planning to come to India with huge investment here. In Subsequent to this unjustified action of ban, would not they think twice before coming here?

Not only Uber has been penalized, many other cab services baring a few have also been asked to be off Delhi roads.

If this unjustifiable ban is justified by some govt. officials then Indian govt should also be banned when one of their ministers is caught red-handed while accepting bribes, committing rape, and misusing power of his office. How can entire company be held responsible and be penalized for the crime of one of its workers.

UNLAWFUL ACTION OF ONE MAN DOESN’T MAKE OTHERS CRIMINALS.

In the wake of Delhi rape, this knee jerk, unjustifiable and undemocratic reaction to ban a few cab services in the Capital can easily be challenged in the Indian court. Uber alone is believed to be having over 3000 drivers in its fold. This ban would mean that thousands of other drivers would be denied the lawful right to earn money in India contrary to BJP’s job promises made before winning the elections.

Mind it, I am not suggesting here that Uber must not be taken to task for its negligence but banning Uber and other cab services would not be a permanent solution for this national malady. Rather, it would hurt economic interest of our country.

To be honest our rotten system is to be blamed for such rapidly growing abhorring rape cases since there is no effective enforcement and fear of law in our country. Ironically, this rape accused had already been involved in molestation and rape charges and was nabbed in 2011 but let free merely after seven months in Tihar Jail. Moreover, he is believed to have acquired his character certificate from the cops which later Delhi police chief, B S Bassi claimed it to be forged and said that an inquiry is underway to probe the veracity of the cop’s signature on it.
SHIV KUMAR YADAV, UBER DRIVER, A HABITUAL CRIMINAL

Though I am used to it now but a day or two before, I was shocked again to read about a particular murder case where justice was delivered almost after 40 years. The accused in the said case are between 70-75 years old now. When they should have been in prison they were all at large and now when they are almost through with their lives have been sentenced. What a remarkable justice!

IMAGINE JUSTICE SHOWING ITS FACE AFTER DECADES IN INDIA!

How come we let these criminals live freely in our country for decades and decades after commission of their serious crimes.

These rape cases would continue to hound Indian or foreign women on our land until the FEAR FOR LAWS is put in place with effectiveness. If we at all strongly believe the rape to be a serious & heinous crime for women’s safety then it is high time for us to create special courts and prisons to punish these criminals with severity and speedy trials across our nation so that FEAR OF LAW can be enforced effectively.

DEMOCRACY ON SALE IN INDIA

The media & Mr. Narendra Modi's silence over such an important issue of his constituency is damn baffling.

THIS LINK IS QUITE DISTURBING FOR THE PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE IN VALUES OF DEMOCRACY.

If reputed newspaper, DAINIK JAGRAN and media reports are to be believed, The Election commission of India has traced over six lacs of fake voters who cast their votes in Varanasi constituency of PM Narendra Modi. Where was this commission before election? Had it taken sleeping pills before? Why did it open its eyes after election? I have mentioned several times how EC sits idle for five years and does literally nothing to overhaul its system to discover fake voter ids. On the other hand, the genuine voters are denied their constitutional right to vote during election when they discover their names did not exist in the voters' list. Do we need another T. N. Sheshan in EC to straighten things out?

With regard to fake ids in Varanasi, General Secretary, Mr. P. C. Hamza said these findings, yet to be completed, were made after visiting every household by election commission officials. In the times of computer age, it can easily be traced as to when and how these ids were created illegally after thorough investigation. But who cares? The fake voter ids wouldn't have been made without purpose and without connivance of the corrupt people in our system.

Shameful, shocking, loathsome, abhoring you may like to term it with as many suitable adjectives as possible for this sickening findings of over six lacs fake voter ids in Mr. Modi's constituency. The horrible part is that the majority of the Indians are quiet on this shocking revelation and explosive issue barring a few honest people who are trying hard to bring it to the notice of the people.

It would be a misconception that the fake voter ids are on sale in India, actually it is the spirit of democracy on sale here. Besides, most often than not, you may witness the spirits of constitution, judiciary, media and spirit of polity on sale taking place so frequently in India. one can find as many instances as he goes on hunting for it. It would not be unfair at all to say that the entire country is sitting on a huge stinking cesspool of corruption. You can not even single out literally one area where there is no corruption in this country. No nation can make considerable progress being in this horrible situation with so much corruption around us.

Take recent example of an engineer, Yadav Singh, who was caught sitting over ill gotten secret asset of over 1000 crores a few days before and the further investigation later may expose multifold of what is estimated. One may discover as much illegally acquired wealth from scores of people in the govt. depts across this nation if they are probed seriously. The honest officers and workers can be counted on fingers as that particular community is very small in numbers. In our governance sadly there are more white criminals eating at national wealth every day, yet to come under the scanner of investigating authorities.

where is our so-called neat and clean, neutral print and electronic media? Where is the Supreme court now? Where is the existence of Election commission of India on it? where is our PM, Mr. Modi? where are the parliamentarians now that often speak of their intact integrity? Why aren't they voicing concern against this abominable crime that has maimed democracy in India with illegal fake voter ids?

You may be shocked to watch this video that shows manipulation in EVM (voting machines) for desired results.

.
This another video on EVM machine would without fail jolt you top to down pretty badly.

Are we really respecting true values and rules of democracy in this country?
